who can align with the church’s vision statement
and minister to the members of the youth congregation.
아리조나 새생명장로교회에서 풀타임 교육부 디렉터(중고등부담당) 혹은 EM 을 담당해 주실 풀타임 교역자를 청빙합니다.
-Position
Full-time youth pastor to lead whole education department ministry(M.Div Graduate or higher)
Or to lead EM ministry
영어권 중고등부를 담당하시면서 교육부 전체를 총괄하여 담당합니다.
-Qualification
1) Leading whole education department and youth group ministry or EM ministry
2) Sunday preaching, leading small groups, and visitations
3) Establishing and leading various committees (welcoming, missions, fellowship)
4) Work closely with pastoral staff and lay leaders
5) Legal to work in the U.S.
6) Fluent in English and Korean
7) Understanding of organizational leadership
such as Korean church structure and policy Requirements
1) 전체 교육부 및 중고등부 혹은 EM을 담당합니다
2) 주일 설교, 소그룹 지도, 심방을 담당하실 분
3) 여러가지 사역을 총괄하실 분
4) 교회의 모든 스테프와 함께 어우러져 잘 동역하실 분
5) 미국 내에서 합법적인 신분을 가지고 계신 분
6) 영어와 한국어 모두 가능하신 분
7) 한국교회의 구조에 대한 이해가 있으신 분
