자격 (Qualifications)
1. 정규 신학대학이나 신학대학원에 재학 중이거나 졸업하신 분. M.Div가 아니어도 지원가능
(Graduate of or currently enrolled in Bible college or seminary from an accredited institution. M.Div degree is NOT required)
2. 미국 문화와 영어에 능통하신 분 (Fluent in English and the youth culture)
