중고등부 동역자를 모십니다.
메릴랜드 프레드릭에 위치한 “프레드릭한인침례교회”에서 중고등부를 담당해서 동역해 주실 분을 모십니다.
1. 바라는바
- 학생들을 참 사랑하시고 관심이 많으시면 좋겠습니다.
- 공인된 복음주의 신학교에서 M Div, Th.M, Ph.D. Th.D. 공부중이시거나 졸업하신 분이면 좋겠습니다.
- Youth 사역 경험이 있으신 분이면 좋겠는데, 없으셔도 앞으로의 사역경험을 만들어 가시고자 하시는 분이어도 좋습니다.
- 영어는 아이들이 하는 말을 알아듣고, 예수님을 전해줄 수 있을 정도면 충분할 것 같습니다. 저희 학생들 2세지만, 한국말 잘 알아듣고, 미래를 위해서도 한국어가 필요합니다. 영어에 부담 느껴서 지원을 포기하지 않으셔도 됩니다.
- 유학생이신 지원자분들은 원하시면 종교비자로의 지원도 해 드리려 합니다. 함께 동역하는데 필요한 것 중, 교회가 도울 수 있는 부분에서 도와드리고자 합니다.
2. 제출서류
- 1차서류: 이력서(사진포함), 자기소개서 (신앙간증, 배우자 소개 포함), 사역 비전 (1-2장), 재학 증명서 또는 졸업장 사본
- 추가서류(2차 서류통과자에게 개별 통지)
3. 요청사역 및 사례
- 주일: 주일 장년 예배 찬양인도와 학생부예배인도, 성경공부 인도
- 금요일/토요일: 활동 및 소그룹 모임 인도, 새벽기도
- 교회 리더 및 학부모와의 소통
- 주일학교 사역 협력(필요에 경우)
- 교회사역 협력(필요한 경우)
- 사례: 교회 예산이 허락하는 한 최대한 배려해 드리겠습니다.

Youth Pastor Calling
Frederick Korean Baptist Church is located in Frederick, MD and is prayerfully looking for a minister to work together with us.
1. We hope…
- Those who love a teenager in Christ.
- M.Div., Th.M., Ph.D., Th.D. enrollment or graduation from an accredited theological seminary
- Although an experienced minister preferred, it could be fine this is good starting moment at your serving the kingdom of God.
- Those who can comprehend what our teens speak, and those who can share the gospel with our teens in English and body-language. But out teens can understand Korean more than a general 2nd generation. You don’t need to give up because of English.
2. Ministry Responsibilities and Salary:
- Lead Sunday worship for adult group, lead Sunday worship service for youth group including preaching, and Bible study
- Lead Friday/Saturday activities, prayer nights and small group discussion for youth group. Morning prayer.
- Communicate with church leaders and PTA
- Coordinate with the children’s ministry staff for any needs of collaboration
- Collaborate with other church groups for additional church-wide events
- We will do our best in our church budget
- If you are an international seminarian, our church could help you to change the visa status.

- Resume with picture and biography with personal testimony, 1-2 pages Ministry vision statement (Primary documents), Certificate of enrollment or copy of diploma,
