캐나다 밴쿠버에 소재한 Northwest Baptist Seminary
의 Korean Language Program Team에서는 Theology and
Cross-Cultural Leadership을 전공한 Full-Time 교수를
초빙합니다. NBS는 ATS 인준 신학대학원으로서 DMIN in Global Leadership 한국어 과정을 운영하며,
ACTS/TWU 에서 MA. MDIV Global Leadership 한국어과정도 열고
있습니다.
2020년 1월부터 ACTS/TWU에서Online 과정으로 MACCL (MA in Cross Cultural Leadership)학위 프로그램을 열고 본 과정에서 가르치며 간단한 행정업무를 수행하실 교수님을 찿습니다.
Qualifications:
1.
Ph.D. or its equivalent in cross-cultural leadership or missiology.
2.
Experience in teaching graduate students and experience teaching online
courses.
3.
Demonstrated research and publications.
4.
Significant cross-cultural ministry experience with some experience in a
leadership capacity.
Additional Considerations:
1.
Familiarity with Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) is an asset.
2.
Academic administration experience is an asset.
Terms:
1.
Salary and benefits to be negotiated but consistent with the NBS Faculty salary
grid.
2.
The appointment initially is for one year, but with possible appointment to a
second year and to continuing status in the third year, following normal
evaluation processes.
3. It
is anticipated that the position would begin late in 2019.
