동부 테네시 낙스빌에 위치한 낙스빌 한인교회(Korean Church of Knoxville, KCK)는 사랑과 열정을 가지고 어린이들을 영적으로 지도하고 교육할 파트타임(Part time) 교육전도사를 초빙하고자 합니다. 교육전도사는 어린이들이 예수 그리스도와 더욱 친밀하고 역동적인 관계를 가질수 있도록, 그리고 그리스도를 잘 섬길 수 있도록 인도하는 역할을 하게 됩니다. 주님을 향한 열정과 아이들에 대한 사랑을 가지신 어린이 사역을 담당할 교육전도사를 찾고 있습니다. 영어와 한국어의 2개국어 사용하실 수 있으면 더욱 좋습니다. 낙스빌 한인교회에 대한 자세한 정보는 교회 홈페이지(http://www.knoxkoreanchurch.org)를 참고하시기 바랍니다.

사역업무

·        교회학교 주일예배 인도(Kinder에서 5^th grade까지)

·        교회학교 교사 및 섬기는 분들에 사역 방향 제시와 협의   

·        교회학교 교과과정을 개발(현재 Godly Play를 사용) 및 교육과정의 변경 사항을 당회에 보고

·        교회학교 교사훈련 및 개발 

·        부활절 프로그램, 여름 성경학교, 크리스마스 프로그램, 필드트립 등과 같은 특별 행사를 계획 및 인도

·        교회학교 예산 편성 및 당회와의 협의 

·        교회학교 연례 보고서 작성

·        교회학교 담당 교육위원장과의 긴밀한 협조

·        교회학교 교사, 자원봉사자, 학부모에 영적인 격려와 긴밀한 협조

·        적절한 기획, 의사 소통, 훈련 및 비전 제시를 통한 어린이 사역의 활성화 

·        담임목사와의 긴밀한 협조

KCK Children Ministry’s Director Position Description

 Korean Church of Knoxville (KCK), a vibrant and dynamic church located in East Tennessee, is seeking a part time Children Ministry’s (CM) Director who has a passion to spiritually guide and lead our children. CM Director will create an environment where kids grow closer to Jesus Christ and lead them into a dynamic relationship with Christ and equipping them to serve.

CM Director, a bilingual in Korean and English (preferred), must be someone who has a passion for God, with a love for the children.

Responsibilities

·       Leads Children (Kinder thru 5^th grades) Sunday Worship Service

·       Provides direction and guidance to Church School teachers and volunteers

·       Creates/organizes children curriculum (currently using Godly Play) and update any proposed changes made to curricula to Session

·       Organizes the teachers’ training and development

·       Organizes and directs special events such as Easter Program, Summer Camp (VBS), Christmas Program, field trips, etc.

·       Prepares and recommends CM budget to Session

·       Prepares the Church School's Annual Report

·       Works closely with CM Administrator in carrying out Church School missions

·       Provides spiritual encouragements and supports to CM teachers, volunteers, and parents

·       Lead volunteer teams to minister as well through excellent planning, communication, training and vision casting.

·       Reports directly to the Pastor
