and Education Pastor or Staff
1. Duties:
① Youth Ministry
② Young Adult & English Speaking Adult Ministry
③ Kids Ministry
* Organize and implement ministry programs designed to enhance
spiritual growth both of Ministries.
- Pastoral care, teaching and preaching.
- Implement discipleship training program.
- Plan and coordinate retreats, events, and other programs.
- Work with Senior Pastor on the vision for EM, attend pastoral staff meetings
and whole church events.
2. Responsibilities:
① Those who have graduated from a seminary(M.Div)
② Those who have an evangelical view of the Bible
& have a balanced theology
③ Those who can understand the culture and ministry
and work together of Korean immigrant churches
3. Required Documents:
① Resume
② Introduce yourself (including your family, and past ministry experience,
Personal Confession of Faith, Calling, and Vision, family picture)
③ Seminary (M.Div) Graduate Certificate (only for Full-time Pastor)
