Qualifications
A student or graduate from an accredited seminary.
Faithful, Teachable, Available.
Able to teach.
Person of prayer & integrity.
Heart for reaching our community of Fairfax Co.
Heart and passion for the young generation.
This position will work particularly closely with the EM
Pastor.
Fluent in English.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the Youth Ministry according to the Kingdom Dream (Vision
and Core Values)
- Sunday Preaching (at least 2 times a month, rotating with the EM
pastor)
- Lead teachers’ discipleship/training
- Plan Sunday Bible Study (SBS).
- Lead Youth Discipleship, Retreats, Outreach.
- Communicate with Youth Parents.
- Oversee Friday Night Activities.
- Lead Youth membership classes, Baptism & Confirmation
Classes (two times a year)
- Attend weekly pastoral meetings

CFAN is a member of the Presbyterian Church in America
(PCA).
It was established in 2005 and is growing into a church that
“saves souls to make disciples.”
We are looking for a half-time or part-time pastor who has a
vision in children's ministry.
Qualification:
1. A person who agrees with PCA denomination theology. www.pcanet.org
2. A student or a graduate of theological college/seminary.
(We welcome experienced children's
education ministry)
3. Must be able to teach in English.
4. A status holders who are legally able to minister in the United
States.

자격:
1. 미국장로교 PCA 교단 신학에 동의하는 사람. www.pcanet.org
2. 신학 대학 (혹은 대학원) 학생이나 졸업자. (어린이 교육사역 경험자 환영)
