Searching for a Youth Pastor (Part or Half Time)
Church for All Nations (CFAN), Vienna, VA.

3) to evangelize as Missional Small Groups.
Qualifications
A student or graduate from an accredited seminary.
Faithful, Teachable, Available.
Able to teach.
Person of prayer & integrity.
Heart for reaching our community of Fairfax Co.
Heart and passion for the young generation.
This position will work particularly closely with the EM Pastor.
Fluent in English.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the Youth Ministry according to the Kingdom Dream (Vision and Core Values)
- Sunday Preaching (at least 2 times a month, rotating with the EM pastor)
- Lead teachers’ discipleship/training
- Plan Sunday Bible Study (SBS).
- Lead Youth Discipleship, Retreats, Outreach.
- Communicate with Youth Parents.
- Oversee Friday Night Activities.
- Lead Youth membership classes, Baptism & Confirmation Classes (two times a year)
- Attend weekly pastoral meetings
